Tree branches in silhouette frame a luminous full moon, a lone raven perched on a branch. In tones of somber green, purple and black, this gothic landscape has the haunting quality of a sepia print, reminiscent of Edgar Allan Poe's poem, "Nevermore". This visionary landscape is part of the Dreamscapes series, which combines my original paintings with digital enhancements. The scratches and imperfections give the piece a Victorian Gothic feel.
